    Hey,

    I have your “Add search to menu” addon and it works just fine on PCs. But when I try it on a mobile phone, even though it hovers, it won’t open the search field so I cannot write anything.

    Here’s the link to my site: https://mindfulfil.com
    You can try it yourself.

    Hi @ondrejhrdy,

    I hope you are well today and thanks for posting here.

    I could confirm the issue on your site but it is working fine my test site.

    It seems your theme mobile menu functionality is conflicting with the plugin.

    To resolve the issue you can always display the search form on mobile menu by adding the following CSS code in the custom CSS option of Add Search To Menu plugin settings.

    @media (max-width: 768px){
    #page li.search-menu.dropdown form {
        display: block !important;
        top: 11px;
        left: 36px;
    }
    }

    Best regards,
    Vinod Dalvi

    Is it possible to make the searching field appear when user clicks on the magnifying glass?

    That is the default functionality but your theme code conflicts with it.

    You can test it using any default WordPress theme like Twenty Seventeen.
